Room reservation

The organizing committee of SRDS 2007 has made an agreement with Park Plaza Beijing Science Park, which will host SRDS 2007, to provide discount to all attendees of SRDS 2007.
According to the agreement, Park Plaza Beijing Science Park ensures at least 30 club rooms with special rate for SRDS 2007. Details are shown as follows.

Room Arrangement:
Arrival : 9 Oct 2007
Departure: 12 Oct 2007

• Rates are inclusive of 15% surcharge.
• Rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast at the Bistro Atrium restaurant.
• Free access to Broad band internet connection in guest room.
• Extra Bed charge is RMB200 per night;

Because we need the accurate number of rooms to book, if you want to stay in Park Plaza Beijing Science Park during SRDS 2007, please mail to with the following information:

• Your full name;
• The number of  rooms;
• Room type;
• The date of arrival and departure.

Please pay attention that you must mail to before 20th, August, 2007, otherwise we will not guarantee to provide rooms with discount.
