General Conditions:

• There are four types of registration available,each registration fee includes all technical sessions,1 copy of the CD-ROM proceedings of both SRDS 2007 and teh workshops in conjunction with SRDS, 1 volume of printed proceedings which contains your paper, as well as the welcome reception, banquet and coffee/tea breaks.
• Each paper must have at least 1 dedicated registration received by September 10, 2007, which is specified in your acceptance email for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Otherwise, the registration will not be included in the conference proceedings or the conference program.
• If an author has more than 1 paper accepted, the author should pay 1 Full registration fee for each accepted paper. Please claim your extra-page fee when you fill in your on-line registration form.
• If one of the co-author are IEEE member or IEEE student member, you will get extra discount for your paper registration as listed above. You should provide the member ID and full name when you fill in your registration form.

Method of Payment

Registration fees must be paid by credit card payment, bank transfer or remittance through post-office(for participants in mainland China only). Please note that a refund after payment may not be possible. All participants should complete a basic registration form and then select your payment method.Click here to get more details.

1. Is the SRDS 2007 registration system secure enough?
   Yes. The security of SRDS payment system is guaranteed by using HTTPS protocol. You can directly open the registration page using the following URL: https://www.act.buaa.edu.cn/srds2007/registration.asp.
   Moreover, the SRDS registration system employs the 3D Verification service to further guarantee the secure online shopping for customers.
   
2. What is the 3D Verification service?
   The so-called 3D Verification is a free service provided by the credit card company to guarantee the secure online shopping for customrs. You can contact your card issuing bank to open this service without any extra charge. For VISA card, this service is called Verified By VISA; for MasterCard it is called MasterCard Secure Code; and J/Secure for JCB card. The service actually provides you with a secure code for your online shopping to guarantee your card is used by yourself and t avoid potential fraud.
   
3. How to open the 3D Verification service online?
   If you are a VISA cardholder, you can visit http://www.visa.com/globalgateway/gg_selectcountry.html?retcountry=1 to choose your national pagefor application. Usually you need enter Personal Option and choose Visa Security Service. Then you can find your online application form. Certainly you can also use search engine, for example, you can input Visa card and the English name of your country at www.google.com for fast searthen search for Visa Security in your country's Visa card search engine page.

   For American customers, please visit https://usa.visa.com/personal/security/vbv/index.html .

   If you are a MasterCard user, you can directly enter http://www.mastercard.com/us/index.html to choose your country's page for application. Usually you can search Cardholder Service option for MasterCard Secure Code Service. Certainly you can also use search engine. For example, you can input MasterCard and your country's English name at www.google.com for fast search, then directly search for Secure Code or Safe Shopping Online in your country's MasterCard search engine page.
   As a JCB card user, you can directly enter http://www.jcb.co.jp/Jsecure/whats.html#shikumi to get the instructions of J/Secure.
   
4. How to complete the on-line payment step by step?
   Now suppose you are using a Visa Card for payment.
   (1)Please provide the necessary registration information and choose the "Online" payment method in the registration form, then press the "submit" button. As a result, the IPS International Card Payment page (encrypted transmitting) will be opened. (2)On the IPS International Card Payment page, input your card number, term of validity, CVV2 and your name. The IPS will connect with your card issuing bank to check whether your international card has already opened the 3D Verificatin service.
   (3)If the 3D Verification service is opened, your browser will be directed to your card issuing bank website to allow you to confirm your personal guarantee information iscorrect. This step aims to ensure that you are doing the transaction with your card issuing bank. After that, you need to input your password for the "Verified By VISA" service.
   (4)After Step 3, the bank will try to charge the specified amount of money from your credit card. If there is no problem with your credit limit and the amount of money is below 5000 RMB, the payment will be successful. Note that the maximum amount of payment that our system support is 5000 RMB, if you need to pay more than 5000 RMB (e.g. for extra pages), please use the bank transfer method. 5. Why do I fail in the online payment, and what should I do?
   Usually the most possible reason may be that you fail to pass the 3D Verification. In this case, you
   should contact you card issuing bank to confirm the following things:
   
   1.Your card issuing bank support the 3D Verification service(Verified By VISA for Visa card, Secure Code for MasterCard, and J/Secure for JCB).
   
   2.You have opened the 3D Verification service.
   
   If your issuing bank support 3D Verification service, you can contact the bank to open you card's 3D Verification service directly. If your issue bank doesn't support the 3D Verification service, you can use the bank transfer method to pay. 6. How can I get the detailed information of payment failure?
   If you run into an error page with the following picture during the online payment, please find the error code from the URL of the error page.
   
   For instance, if the error page URL is https://pay.ips.com.cn/error.aspx?errCode=P0001 , the error code is P0001.
   And the information about all the possible error codes can be found in the following table.
