The 2nd International Workshop on Dependability in Service-oriented Grids is to be held in Beijing, China, and is co-hosted with the IEEE SRDS-2007 conference.

In recent years, service-oriented computing has emerged as an increasingly popular method of dealing with both the increased complexity of modern computing systems and also the increasing need to integrate such systems with other existing systems. However, whilst providing a solution to many integration problems, this service-oriented paradigm has created many new challenges in providing dependability in virtual organisations.

WODSOG-200
7 seeks to provide a forum for members of the dependability, Web Services and Grid communities to come together to discuss issues faced in creating dependable service-oriented applications, and potential solutions and methods for dealing with these issues.

Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts, position papers, or research contributions from 2 to 5 pages in length, which may be submitted as a PDF or PS file to , no later than July 30th. All submissions will be reviewed by the Programme Committee.

It is required that at least one author of an accepted contribution will attend the workshop in order to present the work. A compilation of contributions will be distributed as preprint at the SRDS conference. The final compilation of contributions will be distributed after the event.
